The Maxwelton and Lachlan Foundation
The Maxwelton and Lachlan Foundation (“TMLF”), is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization established to provide financial support for camper tuitions and attendance to the camps that hold such a special place in our hearts. For several years now, thanks to the generous support of our camp alumni, TMLF has been able to provide need-based scholarships for campers.
TMLF was founded in 2008 by Maxwelton alumni and received non-profit status in 2009. This entity is independent from the business of Camps Maxwelton and Lachlan; however, Summer Clan, Inc. (Leebo & Nancy) welcomes our support. TMLF is governed by a board of directors composed of camp alumni:
Meredith Allin, Sam Allin, Beanie Belk, James Casler, Molly Moore Green, Will Hershey, Gee McVey, Nan Leake

Fall Pig Roast
Fall Reunion and Pig Roast
Since 2005, TMLF has held an annual fall pig roast and reunion for Maxwelton alumni, which in 2009 was extended to Lachlan alumni, as well. Since then, we have increased our attendance to over 100 camp alumni and their families.
We look forward to expanding TMLF’s reach, bringing our camp family together each year, and raising funds to support our mission. This year’s reunion's date is TBA. We will be celebrating 70 years of Camp Maxwelton! Details and registration information will be sent out soon!
